Where I am supposed to pick up my rental car?
When you make a reservation on our website, you will have to choose the location where you wish to pick up your car. To find your location it is enough to type the three first letters of it. Then you will see all our offices available in the particular location. As soon as you choose the place of car pick up you can click at selected car picture in order to check the exact address of the local office. When your reservation is confirmed by the local agency we sent the rental confirmation voucher to your e-mail address. On the voucher, you will find all necessary information regarding your pick up a location. Like the exact address and telephone number. In case that you cannot find the local rental car office on arrival, please call the number provided on the voucher.
What is Collision Damage Waiver with excess?
Collision Damage Waiver it is a damage insurance coverage that is available and usually included in the rental rate. The Collision Damage Waiver most likely has an excess amount, which you will be responsible for. The security deposit will be blocked at your credit card on arrival at the local office. The deposit is an amount for which you can be held liable in case of damage/theft of the vehicle. It means that the particulate amount of money can be taken from the blocked if you cause any damage to the car during the car rental period. Damage to or loss of tires, windscreens, glass, and undercarriage may not be covered by the Collision Damage Waiver. When the car is returned in the same conditions as it was picked up from the office your security will be unblocked.
What happens if I bring my rental car back late?
During the reservation process, you will be asked to choose exact drop off time. In case that you will be late and fail to return the car at the indicated time, you should urgently contact the local car rental agency. The calculation of our rental day is based on 24 hours and an additional charge can be added to your bill for returning the car after the indicated time. Late drop off is possible but it depends on the local supplier and their opening hours. If you have any delay, please contact the local supplier. Some local offices close at a certain time, so it is essential to advise them. There are not obligated to keep the car. To avoid surprises and unexpected extra costs please check the terms and conditions.
For how long I need to hold my drivers license in order to rent a car in Liverpool?
The most suppliers require a valid drivers license for at least one year. Some agencies can ask you to provide a drivers license which is valid for more, for instance, two or even three years. We always strongly recommend our clients to see the terms and conditions for selected agency and car and read them carefully. At the time of rental, your driver license needs to have the required time of validity. This is a mandatory document and if you fail to provide it, the agent refuses to give you the car due to an invalid drivers license.
Can I add an additional driver to my booking?
Yes, the additional driver can be added to your reservation on arrival to the local office. Some of the local suppliers charge an additional cost. Please, be advised that the cost of the service depends on the local car rental supplier and can be different for each agency. In order to see the prices for the additional driver, please check the terms and conditions for this particular quote. All additional drivers must reach age restrictions and provide a valid drivers license on arrival to the local office. Also, the additional driver is obligated to present an international driver´s license if it is required. All drivers must be presented at the local office at the moment of picking up the car.

Please be so kind as to indicate on the confirmation letter where these various car rental companies stop with their Shuttles at LHR Airport Terminals. It’s always a mission to find the Numbers of the BusStops relating to the company. If it’s the HotelHoppa bus, please indicate accordingly as his bus takes longer and costs £5 (cash only!!)
