Great rental experience

I'm used already to car rental due to my work. Rental Car Group is definatly my favorite. Through is I normaly use the service of Greenmotion with a great customer satisfaction policy. To repeat many times in the future.

Higher pre-authorisation charge

The confirmation email said the pre-authorisation on my credit card would be 300 GBP, on location it turned out to be 750 GBP (or 1250 GBP if you're not UK citizen).Keep that in mind when booking!

all inclusive pricing would be better

It's tiring to always have the same banter with the agents each time I pick up the car about insurance and buying extras- it would be nice if all the rental prices included full insurance at a reasonable price so you could rent with peace of mind. Hope the industry can change to provide better customer service in this way.

Scottish trip

Service couldn't have been better. Transit 9 seater was in good condition and was quiet, easy to drive and economical. The steering pulled to one side (as with half of rental cars) but it wasn't a problem.
