Service couldn't have been better. Transit 9 seater was in good condition and was quiet, easy to drive and economical. The steering pulled to one side (as with half of rental cars) but it wasn't a problem.

The confirmation email said the pre-authorisation on my credit card would be 300 GBP, on location it turned out to be 750 GBP (or 1250 GBP if you're not UK citizen).Keep that in mind when booking!

It's tiring to always have the same banter with the agents each time I pick up the car about insurance and buying extras- it would be nice if all the rental prices included full insurance at a reasonable price so you could rent with peace of mind. Hope the industry can change to provide better customer service in this way.

The office and the courtesy service were excellent but the car was dirty. The boot was covered in dog hairs.
