Do clearly show the ACRISS codes on the booking pages. There's a problem with manual cars being displayed as available but they rarely are - it's either an upsell or even a downgrade because no manual cars available at the time of collection.

Higher pre-authorisation charge

The confirmation email said the pre-authorisation on my credit card would be 300 GBP, on location it turned out to be 750 GBP (or 1250 GBP if you're not UK citizen).Keep that in mind when booking!

all inclusive pricing would be better

It's tiring to always have the same banter with the agents each time I pick up the car about insurance and buying extras- it would be nice if all the rental prices included full insurance at a reasonable price so you could rent with peace of mind. Hope the industry can change to provide better customer service in this way.
